MuleFactory is has been formed in 2007 by a few gamers with a goal to serve the community's needs by helping them to obtain their in-game items easier. At first we focused on Diablo 2 items but as many major titles appeared, we also adopted to other games.
When the company was formed we decided on a name that is easy to memorize and is not common. The mule refers to the way of our Diablo 2 delivery, through mule accounts. The factory is a reference to the quick and flawless way of delivering goods, just like in a factory.
After Diablo 2, we set on eyes on Guild Wars series, then Diablo 3, Path of Exile and FIFA. Currently we are one of the biggest shops you can find on the market, but our passion makes us different.

First time use = I'll be back Bought 500 Linking orbs as i had a ton of gear ready for other builds 6 socketed but couldn't get em 6 linked so....took the plunge. And i got the order confirm email right after purchase...got the instructions as well right after words then the live chat was quick, was added, guy joined game, trade screen opened annnnd 500 and 20 actually linking orbs came my way. All in about 6 minutes total..

2020-03-28When purchasing coins on FIFA 19 I had misread my order - placing 2 orders at once. One of which was a comfort trade and the other being a player auction. I didn’t mean to pay for the player auction, I meant to pay for 2 lots of comfort trades. At first I didn’t notice what had gone wrong but Riley took the time to explain my order through and how we can resolve it!I got refunded in Mulefactory points and was able to place my order again - Riley really did is a credit to their company.Hopefully if you ever need assistance Riley can sort you out :).
2019-03-25If it comes to currency in Path of Exile it's just simple and fast. Got most of my orders within couple of minutes. If it comes to support, well, can't say bad word. 10/10 will use again..
